Core Responsibilities & Skills
Collaborate with writers, graphic designers, videographers, and cross-functional teams to execute high-quality content.
Plan, write, edit, and proofread content across formats including events, experiences, and marketing assets.
Brainstorm and develop fresh, engaging content ideas aligned with brand and audience goals.
Stay updated with global trends, cultural shifts, and industry developments to continuously refine content strategy.
Provide editorial, creative, and technical guidance to team members.
Manage and optimize content across multiple collaterals - decks, manuals, itineraries, repositories, and experience-led materials.
Ensure all content aligns with global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) standards and maintains cultural sensitivity.
Make data-driven content decisions to enhance and scale internal knowledge banks.
Work closely with marketing teams to align content with campaigns and business objectives.
SEO & Content Optimization Expertise
Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Ubersuggest to guide content strategy.
Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta titles, descriptions, header tags (H1–H3), internal linking, and image alt text.
Monitor and optimize performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Apply E-E-A-T principles, especially for health and YMYL content.
Develop structured content frameworks using topic clusters and pillar page architecture.
Stay informed about Google algorithm updates (Core Updates, Helpful Content Update) and adapt strategies accordingly.
Ensure content readability and engagement using best practices like Flesch-Kincaid scoring.
Key Strengths
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High creativity with the ability to produce original, engaging content
Strategic thinking combined with execution excellence
Content that doesn’t just sit pretty - it performs
Requirement: should have basic knowledge of the nutrition sector
Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Baner, Pune.
Office time: 9am to 5pm
CTC: 3 To 5 lacs
