As a Java Developer at TRCPL you will be working on enterprise-grade backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, cloud-ready applications.
This role involves end-to-end development responsibilities - from requirement gathering and architecture design through to containerized deployment and production support.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based backend applications
- Build and expose RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and third-party services
- Develop microservices using Spring Boot framework
- Integrate and manage PostgreSQL databases - schema design, queries, optimization
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage container lifecycle
- Version control and collaborative development using GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Deployment automation and CI/CD pipeline management
- Document all integrations and review use cases with Product Manager and Solutions Architect for feedback
- Work with the Solutions Architect to identify integration points, configuration requirements, and network requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework for building microservices and REST APIs
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with Docker - containerization, Docker Compose, and image management
- Experience with GitHub for version control, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows
- Experience in PostgreSQL - writing optimized queries, schema design, and database administration
- End-to-end development experience - from requirement analysis to production deployment
- Understanding of software design patterns and best practices
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Collaboration skills across disciplines to drive changes into the product
SKILLSET REQUIREMENT
- UG/PG in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot framework
- 1+ year Experience in Java backend development
- Proficiency in REST API design and development
- Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment
- Hands-on experience with GitHub for source control and team collaboration
- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and deployment automation
- Good understanding of microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

SCHEDULE
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability as and when required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
