- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in civil engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 5 Years.
- Strong Knowledge of Construction methods, materials, and industry surveying.
- Proficiency in MS excel, Auto Cad.
- Study and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and BOQ for estimation purposes.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Prepare project cost estimates, rate analysis, and cost comparisons.
- Conduct site visit when required to verify quantities and assess actual site conditions
- Monitor material consumption and compare with estimated quantities.
