Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Trainee, based in Noida, India, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. As an HR Trainee, you will support various HR functions, including assisting in HR management operations, collaborating on HR policy development, managing employee benefits programs, and engaging in personnel management. The role involves learning and actively contributing to the enhancement of HR processes while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Should have knack of recruitment
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with a strong interest in employee relations and engagement
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Understanding of Personnel Management principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
