Job Title: IT Recruiter – LATAM Hiring Specialist
Location: India (Remote/Hybrid- Coimbatore)
Experience: 3–8 years
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with proven experience in hiring across Latin America (LATAM) regions such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent while managing cross-border hiring, time zone alignment, and cultural nuances.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across LATAM
- Source candidates using job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and talent communities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (technical & behavioral)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Handle stakeholder communication across different time zones (India–LATAM overlap)
- Ensure compliance with local hiring laws, contracts, and documentation requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of LATAM tech talent
- Manage offer negotiations, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding support
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.)
- Maintain data in ATS and ensure process documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of IT recruitment experience, with hands-on LATAM hiring exposure
- Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineers, etc.)
- Experience working with global clients or offshore hiring models
- Familiarity with LATAM job markets, salary trends, and talent availability
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ciepal)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for nearshore or remote LATAM teams
- Knowledge of contract staffing, EOR (Employer of Record), and compliance models
- Exposure to US-based clients or multinational organizations
