Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 year experience required.

Responsibilities
Project Development and Management
- Lead IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and deliverables
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, business analysts, QA teams, and external vendors
- Work closely with clinical teams and stakeholders, operational teams and stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project success
- Serve as main point of contact for all project-related matters, addressing concerns and making necessary adjustments
- Collect, analyze, and report on program data to track performance metrics and outcomes that align to departmental KPIs and organizational KPIs
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored according to internal standards
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and within budget
- Monitor expenditures, ensure cost control measures are in place, and recommend adjustments as necessary
- Ensure portfolios adhere to healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Identify potential risks and issues related to program implementation and delivery, taking corrective actions when needed
- Provide training and support to staff involved in program delivery to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Participate in a culture of continuous improvement by staying up to date with industry best practices and new healthcare trends
