Job Description:

As part of the G10X IT Team, you will be responsible for Design, Operations, building, implementing and supporting reliable and secure connectivity solutions for Employees and Customers, and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. You will be responsible for network and security Incident/change/capacity management to support G10X Corporate IT Infrastructure and Customers. Responsibilities and Requirements • 6-10 years' experience supporting network and network security technologies, Deployment of LANs, WANs, SDWAN, VPN and Wireless networks in Corporate and Enterprise environment. • Hands on experience on Firewall, Router, L2/L3 switches, Wireless, load balancers, proxies, DLP, Site to site and employee VPN, Secure access service edge (SASE) and zero trust network access (ZTNA), EDR/XDR. Products specially Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Meraki Wireless, Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler. • In Depth knowledge of cloud technology (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps. Prior experience to work On-Prem IT Infrastructure and in Data Center Environment. • Work with Different functions, Ability to create accurate network diagrams. Implementation of ITIL and ITSM. • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. • A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment including 24x7 model
