Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Workday Testing Professional with hands-on experience in Workday Talent Management functional areas. The candidate will be responsible for testing Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations to ensure system functionality, performance, and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional and regression testing for Workday modules, specifically Talent Management.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Validate Workday configurations, business processes, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation.
• Ensure testing coverage for system upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Maintain proper test documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Workday testing.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Talent Management modules.
• Experience in functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Understanding of HR business processes and Workday configurations.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
