Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive (IT Services) with 2-3 years of experience in sales and account management within the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored IT solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients, understanding their business needs and IT requirements.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their key point of contact.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to create customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to close deals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue growth.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT solutions to enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in CRM tools.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to interact with potential prospects.
Requirements:
- Understanding of IT services, cloud computing, software development, and emerging technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships..
- Strong problem-solving skills with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when required
