Issues / Risks Management Quality Lead

Role

Quality Lead is responsible to drive & converge the Issues / Risks of its perimeter of activity

Job Responsibilities

In delegation of the Quality Design Lead, the Issue management Lead, in accordance with the Quality standards of project, is in-charge of the:

• Issues detected on Design & Development activities (From SHRM to SOP +6 months until handover to serial life)
• Technical risks control & Anomalies treatment,
• Participation to SCA presentation to understand the issues reported by customer function,
• Produce the summary and Issue management dashboard of its scope within the set deadlines and is responsible for the completeness and relevance of this information,
• Do the audits in shop floor & supplier on the actions taken & robustness of the actions,
• Drive the stakeholders to bring the on-time solutions to secure the good quality during next build, escalations to PQM, if any,
• Autonomy Level:
• The Issue management pilot evaluates which work needs to be accomplished by the adaptation of the STLA issue mgt. standard of each phase to the specific constraints of the issues within a general time assigned and organizes his agenda to achieve the milestone objectives,

Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering

Work Experience

8 – 11 years of experience in Quality

Competencies

Technical

General Automotive knowledge (Design and Manufacturing)

• Knowledge of Quality Management tools : 5-Why, 8D, QFD, SPC, DFMEA, & QC tools.
• Vehicle Audit (Appearance, Functional & Water tightness)
• Multi-disciplinary technical skills; Abstraction skills, ability to reason on interpretation synthesis.
• Produce the summary and dashboard
