Role Description


This role is central to Sàwai Capital’s growth, focused on bringing in investor capital by creating a network of lawyers, CAs, family offices, wealth managers, and intermediaries to access HNI and UHNI capital.


Key Responsibilities


• Build strategic relationships with law firms, CA networks, MFDs, wealth advisors, and family office ecosystems

• Use these channels to consistently generate access to HNI/UHNI investors

• Create & Convert Investor Relationships

• Identify, engage, and onboard new investors across HNI, UHNI, and family office segments

• Drive conversations leading to setting up meetings

• Present investment opportunities with clarity and conviction

• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of investors and partners

• Represent Sàwai Capital at industry events, private networks, and curated forums

• Work closely with leadership on capital strategy, investor positioning, and deal communication

• Support preparation of investment materials, presentations, and reports


Profile & Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investor Relations, or Private Markets

•. Proven ability to open doors, build trust, and originate investor conversations independently

• Strong relationship-building and networking capability with a commercial, deal-oriented mindset

• High ownership, self-driven, and entrepreneurial approach

• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills

• Understanding of financial products, private credit, and alternative investments

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
