Investment Banking Associate

We are seeking a high-caliber Associate to join our Investment Banking Division with a focus on the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical sector.

About the Role:

The role offers significant exposure to M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions, working closely with senior bankers and marquee clients across the sector.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical capabilities and transaction experience.

Role Requirements:

Qualification: MBA from a reputed institution

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Front End M&A Advisory.
• Should have executed atleast one full M&A/ PE fund raise transaction.
• Preferable prior work experience or transaction exposure in the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical sector

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution:

• Support end-to-end execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), private equity fund-raising, and Equity Capital Market (ECM) transactions.
• Prepare transaction documentation including information memorandums, financial model, management presentations & transaction materials.

Client Coverage & Pitching:

• Prepare high-quality pitchbooks & client presentations.
• Support senior bankers in origination efforts and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to idea generation tailored to client needs within the Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals sector.

Research & Market Intelligence:

• Conduct sector-specific research covering industry trends, competitive landscape, and market positioning.
• Track comparable transactions and capital markets activity.
• Prepare periodic sector updates and newsletter
