Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial management, conventional business finance, and fundraising, along with strong exposure to road asset management or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Drive fundraising initiatives (debt, equity, project financing)
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
• Ensure strong control over cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization
• Handle financial structuring for infrastructure/road projects
• Oversee compliance, taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and partnerships
• Support business expansion with data-driven financial insights
• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team

Key Requirements:

• CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
• 10–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
• Experience in infrastructure / road asset management projects is a plus
• Proven track record in fundraising and financial closures
• Deep understanding of conventional business finance and financial controls
• Expertise in project finance, debt structuring, and investor management
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Skills:

• Strong expertise in Project Finance & Financial Modelling.
• Experience in debt syndication and financial closures with banks/NBFCs
• Hands-on exposure to cash flow management
• Strong grip on tax planning, structuring, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in fundraising via equity, private equity, or institutional investors
• Ability to manage credit rating agencies, due diligence, and investor presentations
• Expertise in working capital optimization and treasury management
• Strong risk management and internal control frameworks
• Ability to drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives
