Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales & Lead Generation Executive to drive business growth through outbound calling, client engagement, and lead conversion. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong B2B connections while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Representative, based in Surat. The position involves building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, driving international sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company at industry events. The role will also require developing and presenting sales strategies while ensuring client satisfaction and aligning with company targets.Telesales & Lead Generation –


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Sales, negotiation, and business development experience in an international market
  • Proficiency in market research, client acquisition techniques, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to cross-cultural environments and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
