Job Description for 1 Month HR Associate Internship
Position: HR Associate Intern
Duration: 1 Month
Mode: Remote
Compensation : Unpaid

Role Overview
Sanyukt Organisation is seeking motivated and responsible individuals for the position of HR Associate Intern.This internship is designed to provide interns with practical exposure to basic Human Resources functions and organisational coordination in a structured remote work environment.
The selected intern will work under the guidance of the HR team and assist in supporting routine HR activities such as recruitment coordination, intern engagement, documentation, and other organisational initiatives as assigned during the internship period.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Support intern onboarding activities and communication with newly selected candidates.
Observe and assist in HR operational processes, including intern engagement and coordination.
Participate in virtual HR meetings and assist in maintaining meeting notes and follow-up actions.
Conduct basic research on HR practices, engagement strategies, and industry trends when required.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents, presentations, or reports.
Maintain weekly updates or progress reports on assigned tasks and learning outcomes.
Support organisational outreach initiatives, including awareness and engagement activities.
Assist in fundraising and outreach initiatives by supporting campaigns, spreading awareness, and identifying potential contributors for organisational activities.
Eligibility
Students or recent graduates from Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related disciplines.
Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Ability to work responsibly in a remote and collaborative environment.
Internship Details
Duration: 1 Month
Working Commitment: Approximately 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Mode: Remote
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship intended for learning and professional exposure.
Certification
Interns who successfully complete the internship and fulfil assigned responsibilities will be issued a Certificate of Completion.
Exceptional performance may be considered for a Letter of Recommendation, based on evaluation by the organisation.
