Shift Timing: Night Shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST)

Location: KOLKATA (On-Site)

Experience Required: 0–5 Years (Fresher can apply & US Staffing / IT Sales preferred)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Executive fresher or experience in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US market during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Identify requirements and submit suitable consultants within deadlines.
• Coordinate with recruiters and consultants for availability, interviews, and onboarding.
• Work on job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements regularly.
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
• Good knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in night shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Graduation Required.
