Role Description
🔸Create conceptual designs and design presentations to communicate ideas to clients.
🔸Develop detailed floor plans, basic plans ,detailed production drawings and elevations using design software( eg:-AutoCAD,SketchUp,Revit).
🔸Provide guidance and leadership to junior designers and support staff.
🔸Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and ensure design implementation is accurate.
🔸Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the industry.
🔸Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
🔸Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and external partners.

Qualifications
🔸Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
🔸Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing residential projects
🔸Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
🔸Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, space planning, and materials.
🔸Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
🔸Strong organizational and project management abilities.
🔸Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
🔸Knowledge of current design trends and sustainable design practices is a plus.
