TSN INTERIO AND UPVC INDUSTRIES is seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect / Interior Designer with strong expertise in interior planning, technical detailing, 3D visualization, and on-site execution. The role requires end-to-end ownership of interior projects, from concept development to final execution at site.

• Develop interior concepts, space planning, and detailed layouts
• Prepare technical drawings, GFC drawings, and execution drawings
• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders
• Convert design intent into practical, manufacturable solutions
• Supervise on-site execution and ensure adherence to approved drawings
• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, installers, and site teams
• Manage project schedules, materials, and site progress
• Conduct quality checks and finishing inspections
• Support client meetings, design revisions, and approvals

• AutoCAD for interior layouts, sections, elevations, and working drawings
• SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender for 3D modeling
• V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape for rendering and visualization
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry detailing, laminates, boards, hardware, and fittings
• Understanding of BOQs, material specifications, and execution standards
• Ability to prepare shop drawings and site-ready technical documentation

• Proven experience in site supervision and execution
• Vendor and technician coordination
• Material planning and on-site issue resolution
• Quality control and timeline management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering

• Strong technical foundation with hands-on site experience
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused approach
• Professional communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh
