Deckor provides architectural drafting, BIM, and visualization support to architects, developers, and interior designers across the U.S., UK, Canada, and Australia. We operate as an extended production arm for international firms, developing accurate construction documentation and BIM models efficiently.

Role Overview

We are seeking a production-focused Architect or Architectural Designer to join our Gurugram office. You will prepare architectural drawings, develop BIM models, and support the production of complete construction documentation sets for international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Drafting & Documentation: Prepare drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, details) using AutoCAD and Revit. Develop complete drawing sets for permit, construction, and BID documentation. Convert sketches, PDFs, and markups into accurate CAD/Revit files.
• BIM Modeling (Revit): Develop and maintain organized models with proper views, sheets, and documentation. Execute model updates based on redlines and ensure proper file structure.
• Revisions & Coordination: Accurately incorporate client and internal markups, ensuring consistency across all documentation.
• Quality Control: Review drawings to ensure all deliverables are accurate, clear, coordinated, and production-ready.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and BIM.
• Mandatory Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Proven experience preparing construction documentation sets and interpreting design intent.
• Preferred: Experience with international projects (U.S., UK, Canada, Australia) and knowledge of their documentation standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, precise organizational abilities, and clear professional communication.
