Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their software needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with design teams to create software designs that fit within the capabilities of our platform.
• Implement the agreed-upon design into the clients software workspace, which includes creating the workspace through scripts and performing front-end configuration and implementation.
• Coordinate with application teams to install necessary applications onto the workspace.
• Implement support and self-serve features, such as intercom content.
• Ensure that all customer needs are implemented correctly, and that the final product is handed over to the client and client team seamlessly.
• Continually monitor project progress, anticipate potential problems, and devise and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
