Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instrumentation Technician located in Sri Muktsar Sahib. The Instrumentation Technician will be responsible for maintaining and calibrating paper plant instruments, ensuring proper functionality of process control systems, and identifying issues during operations via troubleshooting. Other responsibilities include supporting preventive maintenance, assisting in the implementation of automation projects, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

NOTE - Must have experience of paper machine automation like hydraulic, pneumatic systems, control valves, autoguide systems etc.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Instrumentation and Calibration, with the ability to work on various instrumentation devices and equipment.
• Proficiency in Process Control and Troubleshooting, with experience in diagnosing and fixing system issues efficiently.
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance to ensure long-term reliability and operational efficiency of machinery and systems.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety protocols at all times.
• Relevant technical education or certification in instrumentation or a related field; prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.
