Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructor based in Kanpur. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instructional sessions, designing curriculum, mentoring students, fostering interactive learning environments, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Additional responsibilities may include preparing learning materials, assessing student progress, and collaborating with the team to enhance educational programs.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and practical skills in programming languages, software development, and computer science fundamentals
Experience in curriculum development, teaching, and the ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning needs
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively
Ability to mentor, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to students
Proficiency with relevant teaching tools, learning management systems, and technology-driven education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Prior teaching experience or industry experience in a related field is a plus
