🚀 We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager -Institutional Sales
📍 Locations: Meerut Division & Agra Division
Magic Billion is looking for passionate and result-driven Assistant Manager -Institutional Sales to join our growing team in the education sector!
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive B2B & B2C sales and generate new business opportunities
✔ Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, institutions & students
✔ Conduct seminars, admission drives & presentations
✔ Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling & sales strategies
✔ Maintain CRM records, reports, and market analysis
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals
🎯 Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (EdTech preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Target-oriented and strategic mindset
• Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
• MBA preferred
