Location: Sirsa, Panipat, Karnal, Faridabad, Ambala, (Haryana)

At MyRider, we're building the future of hyperlocal commerce and food delivery. We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager who can onboard new restaurant partners and help existing merchants achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new restaurant partners.

Develop and execute growth strategies for restaurant partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

Analyze competitors' strategies, pricing, and market trends.

Help restaurant partners increase sales through menu optimization, promotional planning, and business insights.

Monitor merchant performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

We're Looking For

0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development (preferred industries: FMCG, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Hotels)

Graduates, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or Sales.

Excellent communication and public relations (PR) skills.

Strong analytical and calculation skills.

Good understanding of the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

Ability to analyze competitor strategies and market trends.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to solve business challenges.
