Salary: Up to ₹12,00,000 LPA + Incentives
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Role – Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead multiple sales teams, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, developing sales strategies, mentoring team leaders, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Assistant Sales Managers and Sales Counsellors across teams.
- Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Monitor sales pipelines, collections, and conversion metrics across teams.
- Build, train, and retain high-performing sales teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement coaching and development plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to improve business outcomes.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with CRM processes, reporting standards, and company policies.
- Drive accountability, productivity, and performance excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall sales experience.
- Minimum 6 years in team leadership and sales management roles.
- Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Language Training, Online Learning, Training & Development, BFSI, or related sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
