Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in South Delhi. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, managing client accounts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to attract and convert potential customers.
- Proven ability in Account Management and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales with a focus on meeting targets, driving growth, and building client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of the renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
