For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a motivated, business oriented and experienced Inside Sales Representative with Spanish or Polish (Remote).

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within your assigned market;
• Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound outreach;
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions;
• Drive product adoption and deliver an outstanding customer experience;
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date while tracking sales activities
• Partner with internal teams to achieve sales goals and business growth.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish or Polish and English (written and spoken);
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles;
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills;
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
