Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and present Speedioo’s offerings clearly and confidently. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining the value of Speedioo’s services, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth transactions, and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will also support promotional activities, share feedback from customers, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess 1-3 years of Inside Sales, with experience in converting leads and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Revenue targets experience is mandatory.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle objections, and support clients through the process.
  • Candidates should ideally have basic CRM or sales software experience, comfort with phone-based sales, and familiarity with the automotive or two-wheeler market is an advantage.
  • Candidates should demonstrate goal orientation, the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment, and at least a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
