Remote / Work From Home – India
EmerDepot Medical Supplies, a fast-growing Canadian medical supply company, is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive based in India to support our Canadian business development and sales operations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, medical industry knowledge, and experience working with reputable healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical supply companies in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and qualify new business leads
- Contact clinics, healthcare facilities, medical offices, and business customers
- Send professional sales emails and follow-ups
- Maintain lead records and customer communication
- Support Canadian clients with product and sales-related inquiries
- Coordinate with our Canada-based team for quotations, customer requirements, and order follow-ups
- Help build long-term relationships with healthcare and business customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of inside sales, medical sales, healthcare sales, or B2B sales experience
- Experience with reputable Indian companies in the medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical supplies industry
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate in Hindi
- Comfortable working from home and handling Canadian clients
- Good email writing, follow-up, and lead management skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of medical supplies, healthcare products, or clinical customers is preferred
