Job description:
Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – SVF Product
Location: Indore
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month
Department: Sales & Business Development
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell SVF (advanced healthcare therapy) services/products. The role involves handling leads, client communication, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients/patients
- Explain SVF products/services and address patient queries
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems
- Conduct consultations and present suitable solutions to clients
- VC scheduling of patients with inhouse doctors’ team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow and campaigns
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or back office customer support
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Healthcare/wellness sales experience will be an added advantage
- Well versed with english & hindi communication. (Any south india language will be added advantage)
