This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive/Business Development Executive, located in Chandigarh, India. The primary responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting client outreach, managing customer inquiries, understanding client needs, and delivering sales presentations. The role also involves maintaining and growing client relationships to drive business expansion and achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Sales and B2B corporate interactions
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a sales team
- Proficient in identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the safety or training industry is a plus
