Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in sales or customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a good understanding of customer needs to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Use strong convincing skills to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain and update customer data accurately in the Excel sheet.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure continuous engagement.
- Provide accurate and appropriate customer information to the management team.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Lead Conversion.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and Odia).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to clearly understand customer needs and respond proactively.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and lead handling.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate data.
