Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating product offerings and solutions. The Inside Sales Associate will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a focus on meeting sales targets
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to address client needs effectively
- Proficiency in Account Management to develop and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the education or franchise sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
