Role Description
What you'll do:
- Plan and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads for our private markets AI platform
- Write and test connection requests, InMail sequences, and follow-up messaging
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools
- Track and report on campaign performance (connection rates, reply rates, meetings booked)
- Continuously improve messaging and targeting based on results
- Work directly with the founder to align outreach with business priorities
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience running LinkedIn campaigns for B2B or SaaS companies, with real numbers to show for it (leads generated, reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline created)
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong written communication, you'll be writing outreach copy that represents our brand
- FinTech, SaaS, or B2B experience is a plus, but not required
- Available for part-time work, roughly 10-15 hours per week
Nice to have:
- Experience with multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn plus email)
- Familiarity with ABM (account-based marketing) approaches
