Role Description

What you'll do:

  • Plan and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads for our private markets AI platform
  • Write and test connection requests, InMail sequences, and follow-up messaging
  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools
  • Track and report on campaign performance (connection rates, reply rates, meetings booked)
  • Continuously improve messaging and targeting based on results
  • Work directly with the founder to align outreach with business priorities

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience running LinkedIn campaigns for B2B or SaaS companies, with real numbers to show for it (leads generated, reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline created)
  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong written communication, you'll be writing outreach copy that represents our brand
  • FinTech, SaaS, or B2B experience is a plus, but not required
  • Available for part-time work, roughly 10-15 hours per week

Nice to have:

  • Experience with multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn plus email)
  • Familiarity with ABM (account-based marketing) approaches
