We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure & Data Center Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including data centre operations, virtualization, networking, firewalls, and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in maintaining high availability, security, and performance of mission-critical IT systems.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain Data Center infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  • Administer VMware virtualization environments, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of virtual machines.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including Layer 2/Layer 3 switches and routers.
  • Administer and support enterprise firewalls, implementing security policies, VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and access controls.
  • Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve performance issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Support server hardware, storage, and backup infrastructure.
  • Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management of infrastructure components.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for hardware replacement and issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security standards, change management, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, asset inventory, and SOPs.
  • Participate in disaster recovery (DR) drills, backup validation, and business continuity activities.
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
  • Participate in planned maintenance activities and after-hours support when required.

  • Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and documentation.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support.

  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP
  • Forty-nine NSE
  • Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Azure Administrator Associate (Preferred)
