📌 About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented IT Sales Executive to accelerate business growth across our core service offerings, including Software Development, Digital Marketing, Web Solutions, and Mobile Applications.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated closer who can independently generate leads, build strong pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The candidate should have hands-on experience in IT services sales and a deep understanding of B2B client acquisition.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold calling & email campaigns
- Networking & referrals
- Freelance platforms & inbound leads
- Promote and sell IT services, including:
- Website & Web Application Development
- Mobile App Development
- CRM / SaaS Solutions
- Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
- Conduct client discovery calls, requirement analysis, and solution presentations
- Create customized proposals, pricing strategies, and close high-value deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with technical teams for seamless project execution and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems
- 3–4 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong understanding of software solutions, digital services, and IT ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and cold outreach methods
- Target-driven mindset with high accountability and ownership
- Experience in selling SaaS or custom-built software solutions
- Exposure to international markets
- Existing network of business contacts or clients
