📌 About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented IT Sales Executive to accelerate business growth across our core service offerings, including Software Development, Digital Marketing, Web Solutions, and Mobile Applications.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated closer who can independently generate leads, build strong pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The candidate should have hands-on experience in IT services sales and a deep understanding of B2B client acquisition.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Cold calling & email campaigns
  • Networking & referrals
  • Freelance platforms & inbound leads
  • Promote and sell IT services, including:
  • Website & Web Application Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • CRM / SaaS Solutions
  • Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
  • Conduct client discovery calls, requirement analysis, and solution presentations
  • Create customized proposals, pricing strategies, and close high-value deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless project execution and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, digital services, and IT ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and cold outreach methods
  • Target-driven mindset with high accountability and ownership
