Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1600000 (ie INR 10 - 16 LPA)

We seek an Intermediate Project Coordinator to oversee Agile project delivery, monitor sprint execution, and enhance team performance in both development and testing areas. This position requires effective collaboration with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, track sprint progress, facilitate retrospectives, and guarantee the timely and high-quality delivery of technology initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Sprint & Agile Delivery Management

  • Facilitate sprint planning, participate in daily stand-ups, conduct sprint reviews, and lead retrospectives
  • Monitor sprint progress in relation to commitments and timelines
  • Analyze velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics
  • Ensure that sprint objectives are met within the designated timeframe

Team Performance Tracking

  • Assess the performance of development and testing teams throughout the sprint
  • Oversee task completion, quality metrics, defect trends, and necessary rework
  • Identify areas for productivity enhancement and improvement
  • Assist teams in overcoming blockers and managing dependencies

Retrospectives & Continuous Improvement

  • Facilitate sprint retrospectives to gather insights
  • Transform retrospective findings into actionable enhancements
  • Ensure that improvement measures are applied in subsequent sprints

Cross-Functional Project Tracking

  • Coordinate efforts across engineering, QA, product, business, and operations teams
  • Track dependencies between teams and key delivery milestones
  • Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential risks and delays

Product Owner Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements
  • Assist in backlog grooming and ensure sprint readiness
  • Confirm that user stories are clear, prioritized, and well-articulated
  • Help manage scope and set delivery expectations

Tools & Dashboards

  • Manage Jira and other project management tools
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on sprint performance
  • Ensure that data accuracy, visibility, and transparency are upheld across projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
  • 3-6 years of experience in Agile or project delivery roles
  • Experience in the NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services domain is preferred
  • Strong practical experience with technology-driven projects
  • Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with monitoring development and QA team performance
  • Proficient in Jira or similar project management tools
  • Experience in creating dashboards and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies
  • Experience working in multi-team Agile environments
  • Familiarity with delivery KPIs and performance metrics
