This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include developing and refining architectural designs, reviewing and coordinating architectural and engineering documentation, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, delivering precise and timely drawing sets, and implementing BIM best practices in all projects.

• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong architectural design and 3D modeling skills
• Experience in project documentation, coordination, and quality assurance
• Knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Ability to manage project timelines and work autonomously in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional licensure or BIM certification is a plus
