Summary:

The Analyst will support both financial and operational decision making by performing detailed analyses, modeling, and reporting. This role partners closely with both financial and operational leaders to provide accurate data, insightful analysis, and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Performs detailed financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Analyzes trends in revenue, expenses, productivity, and performance metrics.
Gathers, validates, and interprets operational data to support department and organizational performance goals.
Builds analytical tools and templates to track key operational indicators.
Provides routine and ad hoc reporting to operations leadership.
Extracts, cleans, and transforms data from various systems for analysis.
Ensures accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reports and models.
Presents findings clearly to financial, operational, and executive stakeholders.
Maintains documentation for methodologies, assumptions, and recurring analyses.
Collaborates with finance, operations, IT, and other teams to understand data sources and needs to solve complex analytical questions.
Performs data analysis and data visualization tasks; creates datasets to optimize utility using advanced data management tools; develops dashboards and presentations with data visualization software (PowerBI/QuickSight/Tableau) to provide strategic insight.
Supports leadership with scenario modeling and special projects.
Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.

Education Skills Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and basic modeling.
Experience working with financial or operational datasets.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills.
Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
