• Bachelors degree in information systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible IT leadership
  
  

experience.

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging
  
  

technologies.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and project
  
  

management.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Lead and oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure,
  
  

systems, and staff.

• Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives aligned with Kootenai
  
  

County goals.

• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate technology projects and programs.
• Develop and oversee the IT budget, ensuring responsible resource
  
  

allocation.

• Guide the Kootenai County technology roadmap and stay ahead of
  
  

emerging trends.

• Oversee telecommunications systems and website management.
• Recommend and implement innovative technology solutions.
