Hiring: IT Support Executive

PhysicsWallah – The Gurukul School is looking for a competent and proactive IT Support Executive to manage and maintain school IT infrastructure and provide seamless technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to teachers, staff, and students

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, Smart Board (OPS), and UPS issues

• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and Smart Boards

• Manage LAN/Wi-Fi, servers, and internet connectivity

• Monitor CCTV systems (Cameras, NVR/DVR)

• Ensure data backups, cybersecurity measures, and IT asset management

• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades

• Support digital learning platforms such as Google Classroom and MS Teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field

• 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience (educational institution experience preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and networking knowledge

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
