Business Analyst- Life400/Smart400

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional with 6+ years of experience, preferably in the insurance domain, with strong expertise in SMART/400 and Life/400 systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL and capable of writing complex queries. A solid background in production support and BAU (Business As Usual) operations is essential for this role.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic coding and debugging skills
• Willingness to learn and gain practical experience
• Good Communication and presentation skills.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training a plus
