About The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Indian digital influencer ecosystem, particularly YouTube and Instagram, and can craft campaigns that deliver measurable performance. You’ll work closely with our Product, Tech, and Design teams to execute innovative influencer campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and manage relationships with top-tier and mid-tier influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms in India.

Develop and execute performance-driven influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Experiment with new ideas, platforms, and strategies to drive influencer engagement and campaign performance.

Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams to conceptualize and implement creative campaign ideas.

Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and optimize for maximum ROI.

Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and opportunities in the influencer marketing space.

Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely campaign delivery.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the edtech space.

Strong understanding of the Indian influencer landscape, especially YouTubers and Instagrammers.

Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns.

Creative thinker with a knack for developing unique influencer collaborations.

Ability to experiment, take initiatives, and try new strategies to achieve results.

Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Design teams.

Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Preferred

Experience working in edtech or education-related marketing campaigns.
