Role Mission


Own the success of existing clients by ensuring seamless campaign execution, proactive client communication, high retention, and account growth.


This role is responsible for making clients feel confident working with Let's Influence while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and with high quality.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Success & Relationship Management (35%)

  • Own day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly review calls.
  • Understand client business objectives and upcoming launches.
  • Build long-term relationships with marketing managers and founders.
  • Resolve escalations proactively.

2. Campaign Operations & Delivery (30%)

  • Allocate campaigns to execution team.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines.
  • Monitor campaign quality before client delivery.
  • Coordinate with influencer, content and execution teams.
  • Ensure smooth internal communication.

3. Account Growth & Strategy (20%)

  • Bring at least 2 proactive campaign ideas per client every month.
  • Identify upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare quarterly growth plans.
  • Work with Bhawna on strategic proposals.
  • Stay updated with creator trends.

4. Team Management (15%)

  • Review execution quality.
  • Coach junior account managers.
  • Improve SOP adherence.
  • Conduct weekly internal reviews.
  • Ensure accountability within the execution team.


Key Success Metrics

  • Drive exceptional client experience through high retention, proactive communication, and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure seamless campaign execution by delivering projects on time, maintaining quality standards, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying strategic opportunities, driving renewals, and contributing to upsell revenue.
  • Build a high-performing team through ownership, process adherence, coaching, and reducing founder dependency by independently managing client relationships and operations.


  • Independently manage client relationships with minimal leadership intervention.
  • Ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of all campaigns.
  • Resolve client concerns proactively while maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to account expansion through strategic recommendations.
  • Build a structured, process-driven client success function by improving documentation, SOPs, and team accountability.
  • Enable the leadership team to focus on business growth, strategic initiatives, and high-value client relationships.


This person should score highly in:

  • 40% Client Communication – Can confidently handle founders and brand managers.
  • 25% Project & Operations Management – Keeps delivery organized and on schedule.
  • 20% Strategic Thinking – Brings proactive ideas and identifies growth opportunities.
  • 15% Leadership – Drives accountability and develops the execution team.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency is mandatory. Applications without relevant agency experience will not be considered.
