Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Sales & Marketing (Fire Safety Division)

Company: Rasika Agni Safety ( A unit of Rasika International Rail Pvt. Ltd )

Experience Required: 2–4 Years


Salary: Competitive (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives)

Industry: Fire & Safety Solutions / Industrial /Institutional /Capital Goods etc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional business development activities in the fire safety and industrial marketing domain.
  • Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers.
  • Drive client follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of sales deals.
  • Focus on business generation by identifying and acquiring new customers across relevant industries.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.


Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in Industrial /Institutional /PSUs marketing 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Fluent in English, with clarity of thought and confident articulation.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership of regional targets.
  • Professional, well-mannered, and able to represent the company with integrity.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Must have developed a vertical /sectors for the company
