Role Description This is a full-time, remote, commission-only role for Independent Sales Partners. In this position, partners identify and qualify prospective clients, focusing on businesses that can benefit from Zoho-based automation and ERP solutions. Daily responsibilities include outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, presenting product offerings, and demonstrating how AppsTech Soft’s solutions address specific client needs. Independent Sales Partners develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, collaborate with internal teams on proposals, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. They are expected to track sales activities, meet or exceed revenue targets, and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand requirements, and build trust.
- Sales and Channel Partners experience to drive new business, manage partner relationships, and close deals.
- Account Management capabilities to nurture existing accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, ideally with CRM, ERP, or automation solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, commission-only environment, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
- Comfort with virtual collaboration tools and basic CRM usage for tracking leads and opportunities.
- Understanding of small and medium-sized business processes across sales, marketing, or HR is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
