Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Immigration Sales Consultant with expertise in Canada PR and Australia PR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a proven track record in target achievement, and the ability to convert leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads for Canada PR and Australia PR programs
• Provide accurate information about immigration processes, eligibility, and documentation
• Deliver strong sales pitches and convert inquiries into paid clients
• Build a strong sales pipeline and maximize revenue generation
• Convert inquiries into sales through effective counseling and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Conduct sales and explain PR pathways clearly
• Maintain proper records in sheets and update lead status regularly
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth case processing

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in immigration sales (Canada/Australia PR preferred)
• Proven experience in immigration sales (Canada PR / Australia PR)
• Strong track record of target achievement & revenue generation
• Excellent closing, negotiation & persuasion skills
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of PR visa processes for Canada and Australia
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
