About the Role

Ausweg Info Controls Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced IIoT Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions for manufacturing industries.

The role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with industrial customers, and promoting IIoT-based smart manufacturing solutions such as machine monitoring, data analytics, and industrial connectivity platforms.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in industrial automation, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 solutions sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for IIoT and smart manufacturing solutions.
Engage with manufacturing industries to understand their digital transformation requirements.
Present and demonstrate IIoT platforms, machine monitoring solutions, and data analytics systems.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Build strong relationships with plant managers, production heads, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

Skills & Requirements

Strong understanding of Industrial IoT, automation systems, and manufacturing processes.
Experience in technical sales, solution selling, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to identify automation and digitalization opportunities in industries.
