2. Should have experience in MIS RCM services.

3. Need to know how to handle the huge data files.

4. Should have knowledge on KPI Measures and Metrics

a. KPI Measures are Charges, Payments, adjustments, credits, debits,refunds, Write off & Outstanding AR.

b. KPI Metrics are GCR (Gross collection Ratio), NCR (net CollectionRatio), AR Days, Cash Goal, First Pass Ratio, Charge Lag, Paymentdistribution etc.

5. Strong knowledge in MS Excel

6. SQL & Power BI Knowledge can be an added advantage.
