Role Description

This is an internship role for a Growth and Fundraising Intern. The intern will actively assist with identifying potential funding opportunities, developing fundraising strategies, building partnerships, creating outreach materials, and engaging with donors. Day-to-day tasks will involve researching grant opportunities, drafting proposals, designing fundraising campaigns, coordinating stakeholder communications, and maintaining donor databases. This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach and a strong commitment to social impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in drafting proposals, campaign materials, and donor communications
• Experience or knowledge in fundraising, grant writing, or development strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with donor management systems is a plus
• Passion for social impact, community empowerment, and sustainable development
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field
